KDB: We Played Very Differently, I Can’t Explain Why We Always Win

K. De Bruyne - We Played Very Differently, I Can't Explain Why We Always Win

Manchester City‘s star man – Kevin De Bruyne brought his A-game in the Manchester Derby as he bagged two (2) goals and one (1) assist for City who took all three (3) points against the Red Devils Man Utd to go six (6) points clear of title contenders – Liverpool.

The renowned City midfielder shared his post-match thoughts during an interview with Sky Sports just after the massive victory were Man City won by four (4) goals to one (1).

We played very differently, they tried to press us, they did pretty well in the first half, we had difficulties getting the ball around. In the second half we found opportunities to create chances. We did really well.

The chances came from that side ,when they arrive at the byline, I had to arrive in the box when Phil is a bit more. First chance is an easy one, the second one I’m in the right position. Not the most difficult but I have to be in the right place.

I can’t explain why we always win there and have more difficulties at home. Today we proved we’re a good team, played really well and deserved to win.

It’s winning game by game, they [Liverpool] put the pressure on by winning their game. We responded in the right way. We always play the game we need to, we don’t always get the result but we play our football, fight for it, and that’s what we’ll do until the end of the season. Kevin de Bruyne | Sky Sports
