International Round-Up: Haaland Scores as Norway Beat Italy

Haaland Reaches 40 Goals in Norway’s Dominant Victory

Erling Haaland netted his 40th international goal as Norway secured an impressive 3-0 win over Italy in Oslo during their World Cup qualifying campaign.

The victory propels Norway to the top of Group I as they continue their quest to reach the World Cup for the first time since 1998.

Alexander Sørloth opened the scoring in the 14th minute, followed by a goal from Antonio Nusa to double their lead. Haaland then added a third with a composed finish from a Martin Ødegaard assist, brilliantly rounding Gianluigi Donnarumma before slotting the ball into the empty net.
