It proved to be another memorable campaign for our Academy graduate, who retained both the Premier League Young Player of the Season and PFA Young Player of the Season awards after winning the fourth league title of his career.

The 22-year-old enjoyed another excellent season, scoring 14 goals from his 45 appearances in all competitions. He was responsible for some key strikes, too, netting the winner against Brentford and Everton, but goals only tell half the story.

Deployed in a variety of positions across the forward line, Foden impressed with his tireless work rate and creativity as he once again proved to be an influential figure in City’s success.
