Kevin De Bruyne Set to Undergo Napoli Medical

 

Kevin De Bruyne is on the verge of completing a free transfer to Napoli, according to the latest update from Gianluca Di Marzio via Sky in Italy.

Following the confirmation of Antonio Conte’s continued tenure as head coach, the reigning Italian champions are now preparing to finalize the signing of the Manchester City midfielder.

Reports suggest that paperwork for the 33-year-old’s move will be exchanged on Sunday, with a medical examination potentially taking place as early as Monday. Should there be any delays, the medical will be scheduled after De Bruyne returns from international duty with Belgium.

De Bruyne, who has been eligible to negotiate with clubs abroad since January, is expected to officially join Napoli once his contract with Manchester City expires at the end of June.
