Gundogan Expresses Happiness At Manchester City And Denies Rumors Of His Exit.

Ilkay Gundogan has made it clear that he is happy at Manchester City and believes he can continue playing at the highest level for years to come.

The 34-year-old German midfielder delivered a stellar performance, scoring twice in City’s dominant 6-0 victory over Al Ain, a match that sealed their progression into the last 16 of the FIFA Club World Cup.

Despite recent transfer rumours linking him with a move to Galatasaray, Gundogan expressed his satisfaction with life at City. “I think so, yes. I have a one-year contract and I’m very happy here. I think everyone knows that,” he said when asked if he would be staying at the club.

He emphasized his commitment and passion for the game, saying: “I’m enjoying my football. I still believe that I have several years in me to play at the highest level by taking good care of myself. I think I’ve proven that.”
